We currently offer delivery for all online purchases at a flat fee of Kshs.1500 within Nairobi.
If you are based outside of Nairobi or Mombasa, please contact us on customercare@slumberland.co.ke to arrange custom delivery.Transport charges based on your location will be communicated along with your order confirmation.
· We will deliver your goods within 4 business days from your order confirmation/payment.
· You can also opt to collect your goods from any of our showrooms after 4 business days.
· We can also assemble the bed free of charge if the goods are delivered by our delivery vehicles.
· You can expect all your goods to arrive together, no hassle when you purchase via our online store

RETURNS POLICY
Slumberland Kenya Ltd is committed to helping you get a better night’s sleep. If at any point you are not happy with your purchased product, we will do our best to ensure you have a smooth returns process, with refund where applicable. The following policy outlines the returns terms.
Should you find that your new purchase is not to your comfort level, we will do our best to match you with one that better suits your needs.
You may return your product in the event you are unsatisfied, within 14 days of purchase with the polythene casing intact. This returns policy is valid for one return and/or one exchange per purchase, which must be done within 30 days of the delivery date of your original mattress.
You may exchange your mattress with a redelivery fee of Kshs. 5,000. Should you still not be satisfied with your mattress, you can return it with a return delivery fee of Kshs. 5,000 plus a restocking fee equal to 10% of your original mattress purchase price (not to exceed Kshs. 25,000). Any subsequent balance will be refunded back to you.
Slumberland K Ltd is unable to exchange or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses under this policy. We highly recommend using a good mattress protector over the polythene for the first 14 days, as well as into your product’s daily use, so as to help keep the new mattress clean. Additionally, you should keep all original tags on the mattress so as not to void the warranty or this returns policy.
The terms above are not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance products, beddings and bedroom accessories, divan bases or headboards.
