Warranty Policy

At Slumberland Kenya, we stand by our commitment to help you sleep better at night. In the event that something goes wrong with a product you purchased from us, we’re here to help guide you through the warranty process. Note however that your mattress warranty is covered by the manufacturer, not by Slumberland Kenya.

Nonetheless, the following is an overview of Slumberland Kenya’s product warranty policy. A stamped policy on purchase of product should be received from your local retailer, Slumberland retail stores or upon delivery of your online or other purchase.

Warranty Period: 5 Years

1. The Manufacturer of the product, at its discretion will either repair or replace free of charge, any part of the product which is defective due to faulty material or workmanship, within one year of the date of purchase.

2. If service is required at any time after the first year of purchase, the repair or replacement will be subject to a charge based upon one fifth of the retail sales value of the product, multiplied by the number of years of ownership.

3. The guarantee will not apply if the fault/damage results from misuse of the product e.g: • Allowing the product to become soiled • Subjecting the product to excessive wear and tear • In case of the mattress being used with an incompatible base or one which the product was not designed for

4. Where divan base or mattress only is repaired or replaced, the manufacturer does not guarantee matching the cloth of the original product

5. The Slumberland Kenya product guarantee applies to genuine products purchased for domestic use only and is subject to proof of purchase by means of a valid receipt from an authorized supplier and does not apply to second hand or look alike products Taking the above measures will ensure you get maximum life expectancy from your Slumberland Kenya product.
